For a standard-size drum kit, your kit will probably include most, if not all, of the following drum pieces: This tool is used to tighten and loosen some of the smaller bolts in the drum kit and is essential if you ever need to disassemble one of the drums (like, for instance, if you need to replace a head). In addition to the drums and cymbals themselves, you'll also want to make sure you have a small but important tool called a drum key handy.

I've written their support and will update with their response. I'm looking into it, but based on their online documentation and videos, at least ( ) I'm not seeing this particular problem as being addressed by it. (I use ZenCastr when possible which provides amazing audio quality.)

I've encountered this problem consistently when I record cell-phone calls and would love to be able to deal with it. Just fill in those blanks, gradually "morphing" it from the start sound to the end sound.Īny ideas or advice would be appreciated. Is there anyway to fill in those very thin and frequent dropouts? It seems like it should be reasonably, programmatically, simple to do it. In this image ( ), you can see the dropouts to the right of the red line. Good briefly, then high-speed dropouts, then good again. I recorded a phone call and the cell service was pretty shoddy. (I also posted this in Audio Stack Exchange: ) I would love to be able to sort this out. The "mouse down" icon (right most part of the image) represents the "on" state and the image on the toolbar button locks to that.īut when I try the same for my envelope hide/show it doesn't work and the the toolbar button always looks the same regardless of state. The image for this is a bit different to the rest in that the "off" state (using the left most part of the image) and the "mouse over" state (the centre image) are the same icon. I had originally had this toolbar button as a double size text button but I fancied having a go at creating an image for this action. There is a toggle-able action that is able to use just one toolbar button image Īnd I only discovered this today, in fact. I then edited one of my existing buttons to use the action Envelope: Toggle show all envelopes for all tracks (41152) and selected the toolbar_env_show_off image (as expected the toolbar_env_show_on image was not presented in the dialogue box).Ĭlicking on that button does indeed toggle the envelope hide/show state but the toolbar button image does not change to the "on" version of that image. I thought I would try this first and I created two new toolbar button images, toolbar_env_show_off and toolbar_env_show_on.

And that appears to be consistent with all images that have "off" and "on" versions (metronome, snap, grouping etc.). If you look at selecting a new icon for this toolbar button you will notice that you are only presented the "off" version of the toolbar image. If you look at the Grid toolbar there are two toolbar images, one called toolbar_grid_off and the other called toolbar_grid_on. I wasn't sure whether I should be creating one toolbar image or two. So I thought it would be a good idea to create just the one button to use that action for toggling envelope visibility. Prior to this bit of faff I had two separate buttons, one to show envelopes in the TCP and another to hide envelopes:-Įnvelope: Show all envelopes for all tracks (41149)Įnvelope: Hide all envelopes for all tracks (41150)īut there is a toggle option for those actions:-Įnvelope: Toggle show all envelopes for all tracks (41152) This time I am sat here, scratching my head, wondering why I can't get my toolbar icon to work for a toggle action. any other advice on setting up the Kontrol Keyboard and Kontrol VST is appreciated. Why do I not have the "track input selector" in a new track in reaper?ģ. Do I have all the midi preference and mackie control set up right?Ģ. I've added a "mackie control device" and set the "mackie control universal" MIDI input and MIDI output to Komplete kontrol DAW - 1.īut when I double click in Reaper to add a track- I do not have the "track input selector" where all the videos I've seen show to choose "input midi".ġ. Reaper / Options/ Preferences/ Control-OSC-web. Komplete Kontrol - 1 = "enabled + control"ģ. Reaper/ Options/ Preferences/ Midi Devices: Update the Komplete Kontrol device driversĢ. I have performed these set up actions so far:ġ.

Never used Reaper before or any DAW for that matter. I have just gotten Komplete Kontrol 56 MK2 Keyboard and I've yet to be able to use it in Reaper (also just got the Komplete 12 Ultimate COllector's Edition VST set).
